I got these measurements.
1. Floor to top of cab protector. 113.5"
2. Floor to top of hard top. 107"
3. Floor to top of exhaust pipe. 114"
My 14.00 R 20's are only fair at best. Good or new ones could add another 1/2 to 1" .
Napa here too except lower. Ordered lower from Clark Truck. I dont know about blue silicone. They are very standard sizes and straight for all but the bottom, so I would check a big truck shop if you want that. Special clamps are needed too. I would pass on the blue stuff myself.

What did you get for hose lowtech? I would think old hydraulic hose would work well. It is designed for extreme pressure with steel braiding but I cant imagine it getting sucked shut by a sbc oil pump sucking wmo.
Leg room you will have. How tall are you if you dont mind my asking. I am 6'2" and although these trucks arent idea fits for me, they are livable. You got a great project going and I will enjoy watching the progress.
Maybe the OP knows about the output of the pump. I do know that they sell high volume racing pumps for around 40-50 bucks.
