I do 6.53" on my wheel centers that are cut on plasma (due to around .03 taper to the cut) If milled or waterjet i make it smaller.

That is a possibility. I was thinking of using a 99-03 ford superduty steering box with monster drop pitman arm to lower the drag link enough to clear the oil pan. But that is my main concern is the oil pan. Then also make a trac bar mount so bump steer would be eliminated. Thanks Kyle

that's just a brake backing plate. sure its the same measurement all the way around? could have a bend in it where you are measuring. Kyle
