Hoping the weather was going to break but that doesn't look like its going to happen any time soon. Here are some pics of my truck with the first 8Inch lift and the full hydro mount.

I believe Steve is showing factory bottom caps that have been worn threw. But do you really think this is cause the material inst hard enough? Becuase not all caps wear like that. Could it be caused by improper spacer on top cap? also never greasing the king pins? If the orginal caps are that...
Hey Dave, I have used waterjet many times before, if you look at the rim in the above post that was cut on the waterjet. Around here waterjet is more expensive than laser and in my opinion not worth the extra money for the kit. Price coming soon, shop ran into some issues with this little storm...

Thank you guys for the interest. To answer ODdave's question. Yes, you can purchase the lift partially welded. I was thinking of offering it in different stages of completion. The furthest i could build the kit would consist of each hanger welded with the lower nuts welded in place. i could not...
This is the removable crossmember, so this hanger setup is on the front end but the rear set below the tranny
This is the front hanger system, has bolts for the face plate. This is the same setup used in the rear hanger system (minus holes in the plate that bolts to bottom of frame).
Front...
