If it is flat you don't need a lot of gunk to get it to seal. Bottom line check to see if it is flat, If you like to keep fooling around just use the gunk and keep taking it apart and put ing it back together. Do it right the frist time and you don't have to clean that calf again.

You got the crank you just did not crank the bottom part up and lost it. Now would be agood time to find a copy of the TM. Would have been even better before pick up> now you pay. Sorry for your problem.
The same way I did. was sleep at the wheel. I went from Ft Lenorwood to Ft brnning in Feb. 1963 was about 5 or 10 below when we got on the plain at 06:30 and one engine wouldn't start. Finally got it started at 09:45. Got Ft Benning was 75%. There were a lot of long johns left in the trash can...
I have one of those and they are hydraulic If it is all there the pump comes with it. It is like a potter power pump. Those are for really big tires. But will work for truck. Go look then you can say I looked and said what.
Several years ago there 3 or 4 sold at a gsa sale. The guy that bought them said he was going to scrap them as most of the inside was alumina. Said that would pay for the trucks.
