    I just went out and checked my issue socket and it measures 4 15/16 and 4 7/16 so you can call it 4 3/8 and 4 7/8 if you want I just know what mine reads.

    You crank one of these trucks to long and you will be looking for a starter. And at 79 lbs they are a lot of fun to get up out of there. Plus they are not cheap. Presto lite parts are not available and can't be repaired.
