Got the 1/4 round moldings oiled and up, and started mounting the electrical channels back up under the molding.
Light fixtures getting installed.
Still have one of the 4 giving me problems. Last one to go up needs the hole in the ply mod'd so that the screws would line up w/ threaded...
Quickfarms - that was the order I thought I'd be doing mine as well ;)
While I have you here, do you have any idea where to get door handles for the shelters? I'm needing one.
And how come we never see your builds, or am I just missing them?
Getting Tarted up
I rewired for the dome lights and it got painted.
Next was to tape the bags of insulation back in place and to cut and oil some birch ply for the ceiling. Here we ran into some probs
(I'm not going to talk about all the other “usual” problems we'd already had ;) )
The...
I'm suppose to be working on my M796+Shelter Live-in, but I'm not!
This 146 has been taking my time, so I thought I should prob post up some pictures of it.
First off I needed a deck for it (we don't have enough ladders and they're a pain when your working in it) So I designed this as a...
Hey all, I've got a friend that is trying to change the reg on a truck in SoCal and they're giving him the run around. I can't help because I'm reg'd in Arizona, and Tuff's She Beast is reg'd in Cali as an RV.
The truck's aready been reg'd as comercial and he's trying to change it to non-, and...
This is what's been holding up getting the shelter onto the trailer,
I had to get this building moved before I could call it off-limits as a work trailer. Once I get the shelter on I'll be stuck w/ it that way until we fab up the lifting legs. Since I'll be rolling most of the summer I'm...
Mine all cracked while in use. Hundy has said the same about them. I had to replace two, one cracked so bad it blew out and the other I ripped some lugs off on a bad trail, and he asked me what I thought of them. We both had the same opinion. He'd heard that they do that often.
Oh, and it was...
We have the MVT's on the She Beast and love them. They see a mix of pavement, rocky dirt tracks, and sand. I find them to be the best sand tire we've used.
I have the 11x20 XL's on my truck and think they would be great for mud, which I see none of, and wouldn't get them again.
Also they seem...
Still wondering.
I know some of you have spent more time in the computer mind than me ;) Would like some help whatever setting might be the cause of this.
Thanks,
I've tried several times over the last few months and I can't get the map to load. It always hangs on the "map loading" part.
I'm sure that it's something here, being that others have posted about the map just a couple months back (and NOT that it wasn't working)
I'm using the current FF as a...
I'd say there's no end to the threads about fuel problems on here. First thing I'd do is spend a day reading the threads.
If none of what they did works, then start a new thread.
I agree w/ the fact that the zippered ones are worthless. We put some on and they were cracked in about 7 months. The old ones on the lil Draggin' are in better shape and they were on there when I got the truck. Kind of makes me scared to change them.
