Two things what I have heard.. one is crack in fuel line or bad fuel pump, and introducing aplug of air in the system, hence causing stalling.. the other is the Ip going bad...suction from the ip is sub par at idle speed and progress thoughout the power band.. I would try an electric pump and...

I think your cold idle was working before now it is should work for 3-5 min. or until head temp hits , I think 85 degrees.

sorry, about d60 thing.. my axle are out of 77 C 30. I will post pic next week when I get home.. I am used to dealing with fords therefor any one ton axle is d 60 ect..
