kia km 250 korean m35a2 parts

Good point Jeff, but what I'm wondering is would it be cheaper to ship the Kia parts from a Korean distributor or just buy the later-model domestic parts? Is there a monster price difference similar to the case of my tattoo outfit?

kia km 250 korean m35a2 parts

Interesting, but does the KM 250 go as fast or faster than the M35A2? Does it have dual-circuit brakes/disk brakes? If so, could it be a viable alternative to retro-fit an M35 with the Kia parts to upgrade to dual-circuit brakes? Certainly shipping a MC and airpak couldn't completely break the...

    Deuce Front End Alignment????

I'm with ya. The corner cut is tricky, but once you establish the center of tread on each front tire, the trick is to hold your marking devise steady while you mark the entire circumference of the tire. Then you don't have to keep jacking and turning your reference marks as it takes a few tries...

    Deuce Front End Alignment????

The TM says to make a mark in the center of the tread on each front tire and jack the wheels to turn the mark from front to rear and back, but it would be easier to mark the center of tread, lift the wheel, spin the tire and mark the center tread line all the way around so once you set it down...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I finally got the M105 in the bed of my deuce jacked up in the front enough for the pintle ring to clear the rear cab wall a couple days ago, and today I hooked a cable and strap from the trailer to a good stout palm tree and dragged the trailer back about 15 inches to clear the back wall of the...

    Deuce Front End Alignment????

Basically, you wanna measure from center of tread to center of tread at 3-O'clock and 9-O'clock when looking at the front wheels from either side respectively. The measurement in front of the tires should be 1/8th inch shorter than the measurment behind the tires, hence "toe-in". I used a pic...

    Rear gerry can mounts

I'm with ya on that one! The thread about the "drunk driver VS deuce" comes to mind.

    Rear gerry can mounts

Rear fenders? On a Deuce? REALLY????? What are these "rear fenders" you speak of? :lost:

    Color identification please

Now lemme splain something about trying to identify exact color tones and shades on a computer screen. The next time you go to Walmart, The Good Guys, Circuit City, Target, or any other store that sells TVs and has a display with a bunch of TVs all on the same channel, look closely and see how...

    Color identification please

OK, I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say it's Olive Drab Green.

    Medical "Study" on diesel exhaust

This incredible lack of common sense was brought to you by the same nose-picking control freaks that passed laws enabling the issuance of fines for a vehicle that drips oil. The EPA will fine you and take your vehicle if it leaks too much oil. REALITY CHECK! Where did that oil come from in the...

    Deuce Front End Alignment????

Basically your tie rod is just like a turnbuckle you'd use for tightening the chains that hold a cabover camper on a pickup. You turn the center (rod) one way increases the distance between the ends, and turning it the other way decreases the distance between the ends. I found when adjusting the...

Curiosity - front turn light brush guard

I was thinking more along the lines of a local swap, but international shipping sounds expensive! Not sure how to go about that one. :-?

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I wish it did, but with the placement of the handle, gussett and strap, (not to mention the hole. lol) the position of the seams and stuff only gave me just enough to do the bottom of the driver's seat. And it looks awsome! Part of it is I gave the seat some extra foam and frame cushioning to...

Curiosity - front turn light brush guard

~COPIED FROM THE OTHER THREAD~ "Every truck with this type of guard was made on contract DAAE-06-68-C-0007 between 1968 and 1970. And, conversely every truck that was built on that contract had this type of guard." So then my 72 KJ M35A2 is supposed to have the rounded ones? Anyone wanna trade...

    Deuce Cargo truck

If you can find them, the long wheelbase version of the deuce is the M36A2. They're rare as hen's teeth, but if you can find one, that would suit your needs quite nicely I believe, if you can get by the legal aspect of it. Also let's not forget Gentlemen, that the weight ratings are different...

    My Deuce build

Congrats on your aquisition and watch your kiester out there! It wouldn't be right to leave any of it there when a deuce seat doesn't have that much cushion on it! Stay safe and enjoy that deuce! :driver:

    Medical "Study" on diesel exhaust

Oh how I wish we could be able to hear what George Carlin would have had to say on this little debate! Having been a Carlin fan for many years and knowing his views on countless subjects, I get the feeling he would have put it down as another example of the government's history of creating a...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

The day before yesterday, I re-upholstered the bottom of my driver's seat. Yesterday evening, I did the seat back. It's super comfy and rump-friendly now! I'll have to take some pics in the daylight tomorrow. I didn't get it done till after dark. :driver:
