1028s also have helper springs, higher gvw, 9400 vs 8800 (M1008), although my M1028a1 has 9200 gvw on it. M1028 has NP208, M1028a1 has NP205.

Finally got the EUC approved and got two more parts truck, a M1008 and a M1028, $195 and $661 from GL before taxes, etc. The M1008 I got a perfect grill for my M1028a1, a good front clip, cab, bed, fairly complete engine (still has glow plug harness) with trans and transfer case, useable seat...

ASK what the owner wants for it, KNOW what you're willing to give for it for a counter offer. You might get lucky, you might not. Hopefully you do!

Well, today, 7/18, EUC approved, awaiting invoice. Maybe I can finally get these trucks next week. Not too bad, about a 36 day wait from close of auction to EUC approval. They're getting better.

This may be a stupid question but this is why I ask: On GL's website it says you won't be invoiced for items requiring a EUC until after your EUC clears. If that is the case, why was my credit card billed for event 6696 (ended 6/12) on 6/24 when as of 7/14 I am still awaiting EUC approval. I...

Cab corners, rockers, cab supports, inner front fenders, fender lips, bed rail supports, anyplace water can get stuck and not drain. Also w/s channels, floors, door bottoms.
