    new wiring harness

Interested in finding a good source for the M813. There is a place in RI where you can get custom wiring harnesses made. Someone I know that one made for his hot rod. The price was good and the quality was great. I will have to do some homework, but I still want to find another source

LOUD Pop immediately followed by sputtering till it died

Oh Man! That doesn't sound good. Check your fluids first! Oil in the coolant, coolant in the oil, metal in the oil, coolant seeping out of the head on the outside of the motor, check your air cleaner, intake hoses and fuel inlines too. Going to need more info. Let me know what you find.

    2012 Northeast MV shows

I will try to make most of the MV events this year Vtdeucedriver. I just put my camo cargo cover on the M813. She is ready! crazywelder72 the museum of transportation has lots of great events for all types of vehicles. European motorcycle day is a must! It would be too small for a MV show.

    Frankenduece pics?

If you are comparing a stock Cummins 250 to a stock 6bt I don't see the 6bt being more powerful? If you are comparing a modified Cummins 855 to a modified 6bt. That is a different story. A modified 855 can be built up and still last. I am not sure a about the life span of a modified 6bt.

Sounds like a great project. You can just move your front axle back 10 inch and keep the cummins. Less work and more power! I have grown to like the 5 ton fenders. Good luck and let me know if I can help

Maybe it is a deuce with 5 ton running gear? we can always move our front axles back to the center of the wheel wells. The cummins motor doesn't need the sump in the back. It can be any place. Moving the wheels would kill the approach angle. A ten ton has the front wheels centered too.

    5 ton lockout hubs

Seano11 I have pictures of the light bar and the brackets I modified in my photo albums. I have decided not to build any locking hubs. After much research I found the best and cheapest way is too have red Baron mill out a set of blanks and keep my originals for off road. It only take a few...

    Legalities of WMO in Mass.

Hey Fabiodriver welcome to the neighborhood. I work as a heavy truck mechanic in Easton and drive my M813 all around this area. It looks like there are lots of MV guys in our neck of the woods too. [thumbzup]I run 10% WMO in my M813. I don't worry about them dipping my tank. I will just tell...

    Turning radius?

RRworker I wish you luck. A deuce turns better than a five ton. My suggestion was not meant to Hijack this thread. I was just thinking outside the box. this set-up would just be for slow tight turns. I will continue this discuss on it's own thread.
