Just bring it by the shop and ill tell you!
The wheel cylinders, liners, and every thing would be the same. The only thing diffrent is you you have to buy a air pack rebuild, you have to order 2 kits!
Not sure about the group rates, but I know last year it was $10 a year for the Membership and then $35 a day to 4 wheel for the driver and $5 per passenger. :driver:
Now thats a face only a mother could love!!! Looks like a solid project, I so want a M931 but dont see me getting one unless my powerball ticket hits!
Congrats on the truck, post some more pics!
If I am not mistaken, the drive shafts on a 5 ton are on the passenger side and the drive shafts on a deuce are on the passenger side.
Im working on putting a air switch on my truck while I have the front of the truck off the ground. Ill let you know, but from what I have seen, if you kill...
Remember, the drive shaft for a deuce winch is on the drivers side and the drive shaft for a 5 ton winch is on the passenger side. It souds like a hassle to me already.
Well it was a pleasure meeting you at Meade the other day! Did you have a good trip home? I wish me and jake could have had the chance to come down and check the truck out but we were too busy getting our asses kicked by 12 lugnuts!
Mud sucks!!!! All that mud and water that you have gone through, how many times have you changed your gear oil and re-packed you wheel bearings? I think ill just stick to Scooters mud pit so I don't have to do so many PM's! Pulling off 1600's sucks!
Where is the fun in that? :-D There ain't nothing wrong with a 600+hp 5.9 in a M1028, but the 3.9 is still a little small for the dually IMO. The 3.9's are better off in the m1009's. I really really wish Chevy got the Cummins contract!
I have ran into this problem a few times. I took a old short extension and welded it to the plug. I only put a small tack on all 4 sides of the extension and had to use a breaker bar on it to get it out.
Note; Be sure to not over heat the plug! If the plug expands too much you run the risk of...
If you still need a Roll back to get the truck I can give you a little info om a Great Roll back Driver. He just dropped off my forklift the was bought at Aberdeen.;-)
The sad part is when I parked my truck there was already 12" on the ground. When I got up at 9pm to go to work I had another foot in the truck! Then a pic when I got to work. Its cold as **** when you work on the water!
I got a M818 on 1600's for sale. make offer!
Just kidding! I do agree that thats why we have the classfieds in the first place! You think we could have a auction section?
Ahh.. there is nothing like a frosty brew after a long recovery!
My dads old deuce had the same issue when trying to start. It turns out the wire going from the starter switch to the starter was loose at a connector on the engine side of the firewall. Just first check if you have power going...
