    This is my first one, it has been a lot of work. Need to finish this one before i will consider another one. I have owened ford's all my life, i can not stand a fuel tank on the wrong side. Got the U bolts together.

    Got some more done. The back side of the clevis will touch the tailgate when let all the way down. I put a reinforcement plate on the back cossmember.

    Yea, i will have completed pic's of this setup tomorrow. I will not be using the bumperits, the frame will be all the way to the rear with the pintle hitch under the frame crossmember.

    Oil in the bearings: Opinions wanted.

    I will be doing mine next, ultra gray is what i will be using on the keyway. My CTIS system was full of gear oil from a bad outer seal and no cork in the keyway.

    I was not going to use this axle. last year i picked up a rear set of 19 spline axles with a DT. locker, pulled the carrier from the shelf and opened it up to look at the locker and it was in about a hundred pieces. Looking for a 19 spline locker?

    Found another surprize, opened up the front tandem chuck to find the spider gears handgreaded. I guess i drove it this way from KS. to FL. this way.

    I got the truck in 9-2011? I see now, the date on the pic's, this camera must have the date reset every time you charge the battery. I wanted to use the m105a2 springs so i came up with a way to do it. Sandblasted the paint off and made some parts.
