Took place at the Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum.
I'll be adding more pics soon. I'd say I liked the Sturat light tank the best because they guy who owns it drives it like he stole it!

The 35" pickup tire won't work on a semi truck rim even with a tube and flap the locking stands a lot taller on the side wall and will create issues.
Explain what you are trying to do and we can probably help

A good duck billed tire hammer works really well for tires mot glued together. I would also add that some kind of bock/cribbing under it would also help. That way you use the massive weight of the tire to help desperate them. Laying on the ground doesn't allow the tire to hang.

Is there a way to drive wedges in between the seam to loosen the grip of the caulking?
Has me thinking about how some heavy equipment wheels are set up. They have these threaded holes in addition to the stud holes that are threaded. You insert a bolt and tighten them to break the seal when they...
On hummer wheels I 've seen to much silicone and it was a pain. If there is an issue with sealing up some times a thin layer in the o ring gutter helps hold the ring in place while tightening things down. Additionally if the o ring diameter is not big enough the small bit of silicone can be...
I made a redneck bead blaster out of a propane tank. One of the 7-8 gallon kind that has 2, 3/4" inlets. On one I purchased an air tank adaptor that has a pressure relief valve and a port to attach an air hose or coupler. Using the other 3/4" hole I put in a ball valve. I played with a few...
I've seen a preliminary list with some cool stuff on their FB page. If you have something I'm sure you could contact them.

Michelin purchased Uniroyal in 1989-90 & aquired the BFG brand.
Michelin spends 5%of its gross revenue on R&D 2x it's closest competitor, Goodyear at 2.3 last time I checked.
I have not run any of the BFGs but have run the Goodyears for wheeling. I gave a set of 40% fairly weather checked...
I think the balancing issues stem from the fact that the run flat has a lot of mass rotating. If the wheels are torqed down properly it would likely help. Most of the guys that run military tires for wheeling use pvc inserts which are ligher and less prone to vibration.

I've done some examination of this "grease" and believe it is in fact tire soap commonly used in every tire shop around.
The reason for this is because it's water soluble and I don't know of any grease that is. ALSO tire soap looks similar when first applied and then heated up. Starts life...
In general I find it best to be informed and polite... I also find that arguing with a cop never works out in your favor. What is so earth shaking about my statement?
The fact that there are so many laws cops and lawyers don't know them all? Or the fact that we are subject to them even if we...
DLJIII not a big surprise to find out your an Ex LEO... and since you know all the tricks to the trade the story is pretty funny.
I wish more people spent some time and printed out the laws as a reference as a defence for ignorant cops.... I HATE the excuse that "How can cops know all the...
