    old school check for the belt is have a bar of soap rub on the inside & outside of a serpentine belt. If noise goes away, rubber is suspect old. Won't fix a bad pulley, bearing, tensioner ,etc Noise to me on video sounds like Transmission / Differential / Hub gear & drive train associated YMMV

    I am trying to change a hood rub block on the fender next to the hood strap. The bolts just spin. Are there riv nuts on the fender which are bad? Is there a nut on the inside to hold with a wrench? I looked and could not feel or see anything?

    Load testing the batteries a year ago is almost like infinity in time..... Harbor freight makes a good carbon pile tester that is reliable and cheap plus old school. Make sure batteries are fully charged @ 12.6 V before load testing...
