The brakes are air over hydraulic. You should have 2 boosters and master cyls- one for each axle with wheel cyls activating the brake shoes. Same air over hydraulic on many series sharing common parts such as bolster, m105, m149, m103, xm 1073 etc...

Wow! What a score. Not sure if you realize the williams ez adjustable hitch on there is super rare and expensive. Some unit gave that buffalo a lot of love. Extended chains with latch hooks also. I see lots of data plates on there besides the main one. Could you post pics of all the smaller ones.
