    I think wire#40 is for the panel light. Should be ok, but you may have to have your panel lights on for that to work.

    It is a vent for the fuel tanks. You can move it, but remember not to go to deep in water or you will get water in your fuel tanks. That was a upgrade in the M939 trucks.

    It can affect on the same axle, but I do not think it could on the same side. But I'm not sure.

    Could be the o-ring in the wheel or the valve for the CTIS. Water and soup may help find it. Or a nail in the tire.

    Did you short the two wires at the brake switch on the air pack? Did they come on?
