Is it an A0 or A1 truck? If an A0 truck with the 3116 the oil pressure sending unit is on the driver side of the cab below the fuel filter. They can fail. I replaced one today that would peg out past 80 psi on start.

I had this issue with my "new to me" HEMTT 2 weeks ago. I drilled a tapped a gas cap with a schrader valve and put 5 psi to the tank. Cracked the output side of the fuel filter. When the bubbles were gone I gave her 3 cranks and she fired up.

Finished prepping and painting this M923 for her new owner. I've still yet to mount the 16.00's but that's today's job.
