Its going to be mounted behind the stock bumper ill move my plate and fab up some steel to the frame and mount it there.

the 50 mph shudder might be Death wobble you should replace the kinpin springs and nylon bushings just to be safe.

you could clean it the best you can and put some flat clear coat on it to keep it from getting dirty. or do like i do jsut paint over the cleaned dirty area with more paint :)

i would change brake lines regardless of how big of a lift you go.

its not a block, it bolts to the spring pack to become part of the spring pack i run them on the front and rear of my truck EZ Inch

I think you mean your transfer case. Did you make sure the transmission mount is good and does not need to be replaced?

nothing is wrong with it. you posted a good idea just seems like people are worried about how much thread on the stud will be. and if they are worried about it do it the other way and not worry bout it,
