I just went down to a local u=haul and had them add 4 pin one cost a whole $15! I don't know if it was that cheap as I was also getting a tow dolly or not but that is all they charged me.

USMC 00-08 you lucked out, that is the early M135 tail gate. That style was only made for a short time and most that have surfaced have the step part beaten or missing. Jersy hick's crew cab 135 has one also.
