    A/C for an m52a2?

It should be the same setup that an M35A2 would have. There's plenty of threads on the site for builds. :doghead:

    MEP531A just got one

I couldn't source them except through the distributor for Dewey. If you or anyone needs them they can get through me at cost as they have a minimum order amount ($$$) and I had no choice but to buy more than I needed.

    Show us your Military Trailers

Working with a local VFD to change their 1079 into something more capable of service. Got a box in trade for the cargo bed..may mount the box back to the trailer chassis or who knows.

What kind of wheel is this?

If these are the ones I was looking at recently the NSN said Buffalo MRAP as the designation.

Petcock is on fleabay. What do you mean by through exactly? The rubber bushing on the tank to connect the fuel return line? If so I have some. Also got mine running today and the only thing better than the quick start is her purring nicely. I will load test it tomorrow and break it in some. 3.1...

    Cummins 250 Fuel Injectors

The injectors could be used in a pinch but mixing the two types would be bad as they actually inject a slightly different amount of fuel into the cylinder and a different "pop off" psi. Replacing the entire set of them shouldn't be a problem as I've pulled both types from the 855 blocks on the...

Time for new super singles. Need some wisdom.

I'd go with G177s on a deuce but back on topic I put MVTs on my M915, M923A2, and a few dueces and loved them all the way. Avoid the XMLs unless you can verify their date as they tend to be an older tire thus more prone to cracking.

    MEP531A just got one

Would you take some of the 90 degree elbows and rubber bushings for the fuel tank? I have read the TM but I'm skeptical about them holding up.

    MEP531A just got one

I picked up one with 3.1 hours from the factory. Was missing all the fuel lines and gaskests to fuel tank (which never had fuel in it). Can't wait to get it together and running.

I've had my M1082 for a few months now and use it weekly. It's a perfect fit for my M939 series trucks and seems to be a well thought out trailer.. ladder included!

How deep can a LMTV go...

It can go as deep as you want it to, getting it out is a whole different deal.

You'll be in good company, the Houston area is crawling with helping members.

    Pulling 250 Motor

Having just done a 250 swap take the transmission out with the engine. You certainly can just remove the engine but mating it back up is a PITA, you will be using the transmission access panel a lot to reattach it. Ideally a liner/cylinder rebuild is idea but do what you have to go to get it...

    Price for HMMWV with title

Fair price as-is would be $10K-$12K in Texas mainly due to title, reg, and it looks fairly clean. You'll get around $7500-ish on fleabay so throw it up on Craigslist and start networking!

Sf97 6 weeks so far GOVplanet

I have faith in Jwade to get to the bottom of it. I do feel better knowing that I'm not the only one waiting for SF-97s since 4/13.

    Newb relocating to TX

No, tough as in rode hard and put away wet. You'd best look out of state for a deal or in state for bit more cost.

    My new M936A2 Wrecker

Suprman is correct about the Michelin XLs, they are questionable tires at best. From experience, the 11's are nice from a stability/lifting stand point but 395s seem to be the best "super single" for a wrecker due to their wider width, thicker side walls, bolt on ability, and you still get...

    New 5-ton ... questions

-Old diesel is totally possible, it does smell disgusting possibly varnish like. If you haven't done a filter change yet it would be a good time anyway. -Minor blowby out of the tube is ok during warmup, when you see it is the engine completely warmed up? Some trucks smoke and others don't. -No...
