Sometimes the rebuilders didn't care. Many times they only replaced the components that absolutely had to be replaced and nothing else. Also don't confuse a rebuild tag with a "repaired" tag and a fresh paint job.
That's crazy. I had heard that the 130 was supposed to serve until almost 2060. Maybe it was 2025. Either way I didn't think they were retiring them yet. To test individual hh outputs you just have to remove the lines and spin the motor over to see which ones spray fuel and which ones don't.
Some do. Even the low priced trucks are climbing in price rapidly though. I've seen roughly an average $2000 increase across the board on deuces in just the past year.

Pull those injector lines and blow through them to check for obstructions. Also look in the inlet of the injector and see if there are any obstructions there (rust, gunk). Worth a look anyway.
If you fill in the pool and pour another slab there you could put in a two post lift and park three or more jeeps there.
Every serious jeeper needs a good two post lift.
Where is cutoff? I could probably help you if I knew where you were.
Edit: I found you on the map. That is way down there! I sure hope it didn't get flooded during Katrina and sat there since then. If it got in salt water and then sat that long it may not be salvageable.
Oooh yeah.... Gotta have the track tools. You could probably strong arm the parts and just make due with some heavy tools, but I'm not sure. I am not an experienced track mechanic.
