I finally got my M10 ammo trailer home that Glen snagged from the crusher. Now the question I have is do I blast and repaint or leave it in the original patina, repack bearings replace the shot tires to make it road worthy. There are some other things I will do like remove the civi ball hitch...
WOW what a change, KCCLAY and I spent my birthday junkin out at Glens yesterday and all the trucks and mountains of beds had met there fate in the crusher and the whole south end of the lot is bare! Glen does still have mountains of sorted stacked tires and about 10 beds full of pulled parts...

Don't know what he gets for them but I would say he has at least 40+ 900 series fuel tanks out there that is just a small pile on the left from the recently squashed trucks. I could get it as far east as De Soto Ks for you next Friday. I am planning on going back to pick up my M10 trailer Glen...
Really there was only the one MUD spot. The real fun came on the west edge of Topeka when I shelled out the left front wheel bearing and hub on the 77 M890 and trusted Oriley to get us the right parts....WRONG!
The wheel was shelled and Oriley ended up getting the wrong one . With night...
davesgmc and I both had the day off yesterday so out to Ft Riley to pick up a M1101 trailer then to Glens for some parts. We got out there mid morning and it was a beautiful T-shirt spring day in Kansas. Unfortunately for us we didn't beat the crusher, all the 800's had already met their fate...
I will get it next Friday with a flat bed trailer. Dave's wanting 800 trans, I'm after 800 frame extensions, hard top and the MC I didn't get last time and nick nacks. Plus still trying to figure what the handle thingy is!

Aluminum medical cans with or without drawers.
Weapons bar (rockbar)...
I don't go but I do know them and have supplied a lot of field gear to them and pretty sure it is set on the late 80's early 90's as far as MV's go.

doghead I am like you and cringe every time I hear someone refer to a locking ring wheel as a split rim. Being an old fart and actually messing with a split rim on model T trucks in my youth I would not touch one now. Not to say that fooling around with a locking ring can not be dangerous...
Glad to hear the A2 stayed in one piece. I watched it get hammered, pried, pushed, pounded and pulled back into shape over at davesgmc and for it to make it through a week+ of Okie hill country says a lot on how well you guys got it back in shape. Allan you need to put up a before pic of it...
