    6.5 Turbo Oil Pan Damage

WELCOME TO THE FORUM!!! The timing chain has gone amok, the crank pushed it through the bottom of the pan, you have some real serious engine damage as the cam is not turning so likely you have valve damage also at a BARE minimum. It is not going to run.

    Oil Cooler Bypassed?

The 6.5L uses oil to cool the pistons (jets oil up into the bottom of the piston), this removes a large amount of heat from the engine via the oil, as a temp solution to be able to move it around the yard would be OK, hitting the road would not be advisable.

    HMMWV Soft Door Weather Seal

You might be surprised, I have had some rather large and heavy radio equipment shipped over from the EU recently and it was not bad and it was fast! If you can find a dealer with a Fleabay account the shipping is even cheaper through their system.

So according to this diagram the copper loop in the right condenser is not removed for dual condensers.

    Question about rear condensers

OK, I see, thanks for showing me where it is!! Man I can see the dollar signs wheeling by like an old slot machine. I would have guessed they ran them in series like the civy dual condensers I have seen, they are running them parallel, interesting,,,,,

    Question about rear condensers

It seems apparent that this loop on the right condenser would be removed to install the lines to the left condenser but at first glance these do not look compatible, one being threaded O ring and the other a flange mount? Or is this not the correct set of lines, I am having difficulty finding...

What wheels are on your humvee?

I am curious if there is a non 16.5" tire/rim option that would be as close to stock as possible, I do not want them to stick out and do not need them any taller.

    4L80E Code 22 and 73

None of the signals depend on ground, all the leads involved go directly to the TCM. It could be a lead problem or a device problem or a TCM issue but because he is getting codes it would be assumed the TCM is seeing ground.

    air in fuel issues

You have to be VERY careful, you can blow off vent lines or damage the tank, a red rag around a blow nozzle will give you as much pressure as you should ever use.

    4L80E Code 22 and 73

I have no idea but likely fairly easy, but of course you want to troubleshoot it, not just start swapping parts. Allot of you-tube videos about the 4L80E most of the civy stuff relates to your transmission.

    4L80E Code 22 and 73

Yes you should troubleshoot the TPS, there have been wiring/connector issues before. Not likely any relationship between the two error codes, just follow the steps in the guide. I guess I would do the TPS first, when you start to work the #73 check that the control plug at the transmission is...

    MEP831A moisture in the controller

Yep a few minutes running and she is fine, I have her pulling a kilowatt or so on the shop right now. I have one of those wifi controllers but cannot remember the IP address or password, I will have to look that up, actually I may have it on a piece of paper inside the control box, will skip out...

    MEP831A moisture in the controller

I did not get to finish, I lost power again and my big UPS batteries have gone wonky so I had to shut my PC down. Yes I meant the inverter, sorry. This has happened before and ether running the engine or putting a fan on the inverter and drying it out usually works. I was thinking it needed the...
