Ok all, I am beat for today but have the truck back in good working order and everything loaded. Had to ditch the plan of bringing an extra engine and trans... Not enough room for it and everything else so I just have to cross my fingers on this one. I will put the final touches on my loadout...
Thanks guys. Just got home from town with a wheel cylinder hone. I got the only one in town other than what napa has because they are closed. This one does 13/16" to 2-1/4". Now to get that master cylinder off. I know what I did wrong. I had the power bleeder pressurized and pushed on the brake...
Doesn't look like I'm going to make Monday. Dad is going to go with one of the smaller alternators I think. Also, did fuzzy get with you on his cut gun rings? I'm going to bring them back for him. I get over around his place all the time. I want four of your winch shear pins too, and one of...
I have a rebuild kit for my master cylinder, but I have to go to town and get a hone. What size do I need? The master is an 1,1/2" or is it 1,7/8" I gotta get this done quickly.

Murphy found me before I even left the house.... Just got done installing my brake lines from...

I'm leaving for NC tomorrow and I am bringing a spare engine, transmission, radiator, and new water pump, as well as all the other things mentioned already except for wheel bearings.
Yep, that is actually a 20,000lb winch. You are good to go. Be sure to use the proper shear pin though on the driveshaft to winch connection. And keep a couple spares in the map compartment.
Ok, why not be like the rest of society and put the other toolbox in the bed and leave the fuel tank where it is? Why do I feel like we already discussed this? (Scratches head)
Yeah you need either the nozzle or the wire with switch. Both is nice, but the nozzle alone is better than just the switch. My pump doesn't use the remote switch, no provision for it either.
