It need not be a ribbed bolt shoulder if it is a tight press fit. The ribbed section is only to help tighten the fit up and also to keep the stud from spinning when the nut is tightened onto it. I would suggest using grease on the threads upon assembly if you cannot find new studs with ribs. All...
Buy something you will be able to get parts for 20 years down the road ( think small parts too, not just track and road wheels).
Edit: Fwiw, I've never seen any piece of French machinery that was engineered well and LASTED.
Ok cool. I already have a pump, so no problem there. The reel is what I'm really after. Pm me what you are looking for in trade. I'm not sure what I have in trading material, but I always have something laying around.
I have a couple of these tanks I need a foot valve for myself. My gaskets don't leak, but the big shutoff valves don't seal. Want to get rid of the pump and hose reel? I could really use them.

Are looking to purchase some of these batteries? You know they are ITAR controlled items now right? They cannot be exported, or aren't supposed to be...
Oh the timing of things.... I just got a phone call from a shipping company wanting to schedule pickup for the 21 trucks and ten trailers I've been holding here for almost a year. Looks like I may have to move my departure date. I've been waiting for these things to leave for a long time now.
