    How can this be fixed

It need not be a ribbed bolt shoulder if it is a tight press fit. The ribbed section is only to help tighten the fit up and also to keep the stud from spinning when the nut is tightened onto it. I would suggest using grease on the threads upon assembly if you cannot find new studs with ribs. All...

I have the long wire with the switch on it... You don't have a fill nozzle on yours so you can just let go of the handle and go shut the pump off?

CVR(T) FV103 Spartan VS. Hotchkiss 22-2 Schützenpanzer help

Buy something you will be able to get parts for 20 years down the road ( think small parts too, not just track and road wheels). Edit: Fwiw, I've never seen any piece of French machinery that was engineered well and LASTED.

Tank Pumping Unit - TPU modification help

Ok cool. I already have a pump, so no problem there. The reel is what I'm really after. Pm me what you are looking for in trade. I'm not sure what I have in trading material, but I always have something laying around.

Tank Pumping Unit - TPU modification help

I have a couple of these tanks I need a foot valve for myself. My gaskets don't leak, but the big shutoff valves don't seal. Want to get rid of the pump and hose reel? I could really use them.

what is this? tracked vehicle with pallet loading system

Yeah I see your reasoning behind buying them now. The lower half of them does look just like any generic tank hull. Should be an easy, but probably pricey build. Are you going to use aluminum plate or AR500?

Sounds like it could be an IHC built 5 ton. Did you look at any of the data plates on the dash? Who knows, it may even be a rare one off, or experimental truck or something.

    6TL Battery

I know that, but you know how regulations go when it comes to import/ export of controlled military items. It can be very grey, or just plain stupid. The batteries that are in some of the 5 tons I've got here have stickers all over them stating they are controlled items and are not to be...

Louisiana to NC and back in the Deuce

Oh the timing of things.... I just got a phone call from a shipping company wanting to schedule pickup for the 21 trucks and ten trailers I've been holding here for almost a year. Looks like I may have to move my departure date. I've been waiting for these things to leave for a long time now.
