    Sounds like you have a dropped valve or two. Thake the rocker boxes off and see if the offending cylinders have springs that are shorter or taller than others.

    The individual components that need balancing are when they are made. As long as the wheels haven't contacted the housings or no debris has gone through it, they are balanced. You can even mix parts from 1 to another turbo and it'll be OK. I have the p/n of the kit at work, but I'm on vacation...

    The o/p is electric isn't it? If there are any air actuated switches on the dash, it could be from them if your air comp is pumping oil. What about a t-case switch? I get gear oil out of the vent hole on mine.
