Heating the back of my deuce

Has anyone considered running some type of hydronic heat inside the back (like hot water flowing through a radiator with a fan) and a small fuel fired heater (heck, a miniature propane water heater and 20lb tank would work) that is either mounted to the outside or sat on the ground outside to do...

    24v LED headlights

I think I might do a little researching myself and see if I can't build some LED headlights in the ~$200-$300 range.

    Manual M35A2

"Give a man a match and he will stay warm for a moment. Set him on fire and he will stay warm for the rest of his life." But actually, are there actual bound books I can purchase that has all of the TM's and such in them already? My printer is slow and wouldn't like to print everything out...

Larger air tank for a Deuce

That's how we run our shore electrical. Auto disconnects are too expensive to be worth it, and that one time they quit working, you won't unplug it manually and end up pulling it out anyways. Run a short section of easily broken DOT air brake tubing with push fittings right at the connection...

Hemtt rims VS. stock deuce rims for 395s

I like those. Maybe if I bob a deuce, I can afford the $1600 for 4 rims on it :-)

Very similar to what I want to do for a mobile setup. I like it.

Deuce Mods in preparation for 2010 GA Rally

I know there's threads on it, but I haven't searched them out yet either. From what I've read so far just by browsing, it's a temperature sensor that you install in your exhaust just after the turbo to monitor exhaust temperatures for dangerous temperature levels. Of course, I could be...

    Bobbed deuce is finished

I get my deuces next week. I can't wait! Bobbing one is on the list if it's in decent enough shape.

Larger air tank for a Deuce

Waiting 60 seconds is a long time, yes. But if your truck doesn't leak, you don't have to wait. If it does leak, then your driver should know about it ASAP. Leaking air is a maintenance and safety issue. Unless your rig doesn't turn a wheel for days, it shouldn't have to air up at all when...

Larger air tank for a Deuce

Rarely done at fire departments. NFPA 1901 (I believe) Standard for Automotive Fire Apparatus says that the compressor must be large enough to fill up the tanks from 0 psi to the point at which you can release the parking brake (between 20 and 40 psi) and drive in under 60 seconds. The only...
