The bug tin can by the MC should click on and stay on for 10 secs or so when your engine is cold and you turn on the key.. that is your glow plug relay.. it is the new style... it should not rapid click..so either your card or your heat sensor switch... on the back of the intake manifold is...
To verify it yourself... put it in OD and turn the front shaft 5 turns while counting the revs of the output shaft, then divide by 5 to minimize chance of error and output over input will give you the OD.

the painting of unit designations is required by DRMS before donation to other agencies, however sometimes it does not happen...Remember that NG and AR units are augmenting the BP in some venues.
You have to look at em and you need to be making a decision as to whether you want a pickup or a Blazer...engines and trannys are the same... one is a one ton and the other is a halfton in GMs lingo..they are all maintenance intensive. You can put a reese hitch on the blazer and a deer carrier...

Diesels love good batteries for the compression ignition.. Remember to charge the new batteries before trying to use them...most are at 50 percent or less when you buy them wet off the shelf...for sure... My cucv with low batteries would not crank past a bad spot on the flexplate and after...
