What makes the NATO cans rock? I only have 5L cans and they sit perfectly flat. Are the bottoms not flat on the 20L cans? I have a buddy that prefers them too but never and issue with them not fitting.. His are surplus cans, not repops.

Ratchet straps, paracord, bungee cords, wood shims, garden hoses are but a few of the items I've employed to keep the batteries in the general area where they reside.
They are brutally simple. Just look at the TM to see where the Jesus clips are and don't forget the stops bolted on the bottom of the door glass frames.

I used a Rubicon Express hand throtle on my crew cab. It really is just a bicycle shift lever and cable. Again, it's not something I read about, it was my DD.
I once owned a 1988 Chev K30 crew cab (sq body) with a 4 spd. I had a bike lever shifter on the stick and never used the gas pedal. With that said, it had PS. The manual steering is the biggest issue I see here.
