CTIS problems and gear oil everywhere.

Make sure the driveshaft flange nut hasn't backed off allowing the flange to ride forward and off of the seal. It should have a cotter pin in it.

    CTIS Zero lights....

Even if the lights were on it wouldn't cycle until system pressure gets up to 120 psi. Get it up to pressure and see if it farts.

    CUCV Auxilary lighting Question

Aren't the stock 1008 alternators 100 amp units? So a total charging capacity of 200 amps? That should in theory be more than enough for whatever you want to run(24v anyway).

    Wrecker Front Winch

Yea even with the level wind and everything I had quite a hard time both paying out and rolling up cable. My level wind doesn't seem to want to function either.

    Wrecker Front Winch

Just try paying out cable off of a rear M936 winch without bird nesting it and you'll forget all about your midship winch idea.

    Tarp cleaning and stave length

Oh roger that, I wasn't trying to get smart with you or anything. Will let you know how it goes. Did find my stave problem earlier during a slight break in the rain. Some special person that had this truck before me decided to drop some 2" wide strips of plywood down into each stave pocket. Got...

    Tarp cleaning and stave length

DH said that he has used CLR with good results. I have no reason not to believe the man, and I think my fiancée has some hidden around here still so that's what I'm going to use. She hides it from me since every time I use it, I use all of it...

    Tarp cleaning and stave length

Alright CLR it is then. I did have the staves and bows installed yesterday and they looked a little taller than they should, when I put the cover on it came up to be around 8" short of being even with the bed sides on both sides of the truck. Didn't even have enough rope to tie it to the tie...

Anyone know how to adjust the shift points on M936A2?

Just for the record, my 936 shifts all kinds of stupid if you let it too. I adjusted my cable and it did help some.
