There is a drain on the bottom of the primary fuel filter that is suppose to be drained regularly ( most people don't) . Draining it will give you a idea of what kind of crap is in the filters.

GP doesn't change the rules on EUC's , the only one that can do that is the DLA.

You can also "cage" them but make sure you have the wheels safely choked.

Your not going to find stock replacement batteries at your local store . Many guys have adapted to 2 type 31 batteries but I doubt this is something your going to do on a DRMO lot. And keep in mind running it with bad batteries will fry the alternator.
