I have a good 400A manual transfer unenclosed switch you can have for the shipping from 85139. You would have to get an NEMA 3 box if used outdoors, NEMA 1 if indoors.

Keep in mind those armor-type IR lights have both hi & lo beam filaments. The housing is ground. There is a special floor dimmer button with twin circuits for service drive and IR drive. Usually fed thru a SPDT toggle switch on the dash, that fed from the BO Drive ckt in the light switch.

Ditch the ugly angle-irons atop the winch. Cut a piece of 3/16 Alum diamond plate to just fit on top of the winch. Paint, drill, & bolt on. Does the strength needs, and gives you a place to stand when checking yer oil.
