Well here it is.
I just went through a Generator check for low volts and according to the TM it needs a new Gen. Only puts out 24.5 volts no matter how its adjusted. So I posted another thread about where to get the best deal on a replacement.
I've tried adjusting the generator (60 amp DC reversable Mil-G-46785E(AT)
ord #10929?68 with no luck. It just stays at 24.5 volts. I went through the TM and the adjustment procedure no luck so it looks like according to the TM a replacement .

Well I joined the club of M35A2 owners. I'll pay and pick it up on Friday. Now the real fun begins. Hopefully the 60 mile drive home will be ok. I'll have a chase car and tools just in case. The short drive I did it ran and stopped very well.

I'm looking at getting my first duece. I'm looking at a 1971 M35A2 AMG with the whislter turbo and front winch. Seems to run well, shift well, brake well etc. The exterior has the typical light rust and poor desert paint. Tires are about 50%.
