I measured the voltage at the generator. The in dash guage also confirms low voltage. My regulator will hopefully make it here by the end of the week. I hope its not a hard install. I also hope that I don't have to pull the generator.

I just got a set of full filters. I'll do a conversion for spin on type my next change.

looks like my FDC is already bypassed and safety wired so this is not the cause. The stop cable cover has been previously removed as indicated by the sealant. I wonder if the oil was changed as a result ? I'll be doing an oil change as well and am thinking about droping the pan and cleaning...

Thanks for the TM reference, was having a hard time finding it. I'll clean up the oil regulator tomorrow and pull the springs and check length to make sure they are not worn. My FDC has been disconnected and safety wired.

Well my oil pressure runs at 28 when going down the highway with the motor at normal operating temp. I know that you can make adjustments to increase pressure just can't find it in the manuals. Any other ideas?
