I take some emery cloth and work it in and out of the fuse contacts then use a small needle nose pliers and gently squeeze the contacts back together it has worked for every CUCV I have owned.

Installed a pair in the bobbed deuce today useing the rivited tracks in the kit works great and lots more comfortable dont need the springer in the bobbed deuce anyways the 395s take all shock out of the ride anyways.
Had a friend with similar problem I had him wire a clearance light with a regular incandecent bulb in both turn signal circuits. They all work now and he has a sidemarker light on each side that flashes with the turn signal for added viisbility from the side.
