Hey now, I don't know how anybody could not benefit from being part of this forum. I've been a member here for a month or so but been a lurker much longer and I just recovered my first deuce via a road trip of over 550 miles. Because of the wealth of information on here I felt there was nothing...
Alright, so the truck I was linedup to buy didn't work out. The guy backed out on me, stopped returning my calls. I did however, find one in much better shape with a winch already installed. Bought it from another SS member and quite happy with my purchase! Left out for Alabama Saturday night at...
Follow where it goes, remove it at the source, and blow it out from that end. It could have gotten pinched or kinked or swelled from fluid that didn't agree with it too, so you should try to trace the entire length of line and inspect it.

That's cool, whatever is convenient for you. Just sounds like you really know your stuff when it comes to the Vic system so I would like to buy the components from you. I am sure however, that you won't be the only one there with these components for sale.
I can't believe nobody has stepped up to help you yet. I'm sorry, I would if at all possible. Should be able to rig the throttle cable for temporary use, especially if the cable was just disconnected. Someone should also be able to drive it that short distance with just the hand throttle.
