The brakes need to be adjusted...only 25 adjustments, plus two more on the Ebrake.... If you are not near the truck you should be studying the manuals each and every waking moment...until you are...
RE: muiti-fuel won
did ya put more fuel in? did ya check the bleeder over the secondary and final....is your 5 ton a M/F? is your engine shut down actually pushed in all the way... check it at the IP... How far is driving it home? If more than 5 miles you should do a complete check of all...
The drain back is typically in the see thru return lines on the injectors unless someone has painted them OD... you shut everything off and watch the bubbles form inside the return lines...then you tighten the fittings or look for abrasion on them... usually nothing comes out the primary drain...
In the old days, every household had a can of 3 in 1 oil for jobs like that... Typewriter oil was of the same type only specifically a little less viscous... should be fine in M/F with your #2 Diesel ....I would use it in the Deuce...
You can, but you will have no brake assist or horn or trailer brakes etc... there are no air brakes to release, and don't forget to release the hand brake....and the buzzer will drive you nuts unless you pull the one wire to it... My question would be "Why will you have no air pressure if the...

RE: Duece won

RE: Duece won
Will it fire with a little sniff of good stuff... aka ether...? that will confirm your lack of fuel... I did not tell you to use ether...only asked if you had? No intention on my part to induce you to use ether...there that should be enough of a disclaimer....
In a combat situation, all markings are normally covered by sandbags or painted over with the exception of those needed for friendly ID...lately, that has been done by electronic devices... fof indicators...but the > V etc works, too... No one is ever going to gig you for add on safety devices...
The air compressor has no relation to what model engine it is... The single barrel compressor was a replacement and the two cylinder compressor was found on all iterations of the MF... I see a new steering gear, in primer and this was part of the upgrade kit from the gasser engine in a lot...
With 10 forward speeds to begin with, how many would you like... You can run it in low range off road up to 35 or so and the rest of the time in high... Most of us split shift the transfer case when we think we need more gears...But I imagine you have more of a load than the truck was...
