Nothing to fix...as they are internally regulated individually and 12 V. When one kicks in it brings the total voltage up a little resulting in a delay of the second one due to the increased system voltage. It is a standard feature... Heck sometimes when your engine is warm and the high idle...
The power steering setup on 5 tons is designed for engine oil...why would you want to change.?.. Even the 800 series pump, a separate belt driven pump, is supplied with engine oil..

If you ever develop even the smallest leak in any of your supply or return lines, your truck will not run without the intank pump. Its purpose is to supply good clean fuel to the IP. It keeps the fuel in the tank all nice and clean and mixed so fungus...
The double chain ones should be adequate to the strenght of the Medium Tow Bar, properly installed with the air hoses for brakes etc.. I can't find my towbar manual right now, but it listed the appropriate bar and adaptor setup for vehicles... Maybe somebody out there can find it...and post.

check the emergency shut down valve on top of the Injector Pump... it is run by the T handle top dead center on your dash.. You have to manually reset it under the hood, or thru the fender opening because they usually do not push in well and just kink the wire...ask me how I know, right John...
