    You should probably be using the TM's for the 939 series truck since it is a M936A2.

There are also a lot of members that post SOLD instead of deleting their ads then when someone would post it would reset the 90 day prune .     You should be able to find the manufacturer by looking up the NSN number in the parts TM for the motor . Dohead has posted several times recently how google the NSN number , look through his recent posts to find it.

    You forgot the A2's are known the split the transfer cases when reverse is used in low range.

    With the solenoid removed it should start but will blow oil all over. $75 isn't a bad price for the book it beats guessing.

    On a empty truck the front axle will have more ground pressure than the rear axles.
