Frankentrailer! Very interesting! How is the weight bias while towing?

Is it the flat deck with cover or just a frame and fenders? Please post some pictures. I am looking for a M116a2,3 frame.

This trailer was overloaded causing the spring to flatten out and scrape the paint off the main leaf. Should be just fine.

The springs on my 1990 M101a2 are cut the same. Both sides front and rear are flat trimmed at the wrap. The other two leaves ate tapered.

GM Silverado and Sierra rims work nice and fit the hub perfect. Early ford have larger hub holes. up to 2009 8 x 6.5 lug spacing.

Looks like a few brake pressed plates that bolt in the location of the bow brackets would work Make them the height of the wood rails you wish, and cut some nice oak stake sides. The front and back corners will strengthen the sides when they are all locked together.

Stonepicker1 Hit the nail on the head. They needed a higher hitch mount and flipped it not knowing it would not travel and activate the Surge brakes.
