If that truck trailer combo is what you run all the time cut down the trailer hitch tower and keep the lunette ring in the same position. A Lunette ring extension could be made easy enough but would add stress and more shear load.

E rated tires, all matching on my truck too. They rides nice on the highway with 60 pounds in them all.

Mine sees many miles on the highway. 55 to 75 when passing. Keeps in path behind my 2002 2500Hd. 235-85-16 tires at 60 pounds and rolls just fine.
