Unbolt the surge lunette assembly. 4 bolts from the top
Then grind the nose of the V flat and weld on the adjustable channel.
remove the 4 rear small bolts and the long nose bolt.
If you use the original safety chains they need to be spaced out to clear the adjustable channel.
