You have to file the EUC first, after it clears then you get an invoice. From the date of the invoice you have 10 days to schedule pickup.

The bulb is the same as the turn signal, which works. Tomorrow I'll get out the multi-meter and start testing connections starting at the taillight. Thanks for the help!
