i don't wrote it was a 24V Motorcycle headlight...if you search for that, you wouldn't have luck.

in my case a motorcycle headlight fits perfect. It's a standard 7". The 24V bulb fits without mods. Don't make strange experiments...they are not necessary. Light is a safety thing. It has to be reliable.

Why don't replace them with a H4 headlight? My truck is converted to meet european regulations, it's a simple swap. H4 24V bulbs are availible. for the Wagner, google says the are availible at Erik's and Saturn and other places. But for prices....:cookoo:

in the past, i found it was was so much easier to work on a removed engine..especially when it comes to cleaning surfaces and istalling new gaskets.

You're absolutely right! We've used this one. It has a regulator valve on it, you can adjust how much air you let in. With the slightly pressure you have no dust problem. I have used a screw compressor that delivers oilless air. And an air dryer. Oilvapors are really dangerous.

this is the homemade sandblasting-box....simply a transportbox with chipboards...works very well, catches most of the sand and you can reuse it. On the sandblaster i've modified the ball valve for using a foot pedal. a redneck-high-flow-valve :mrgreen: Very helpfull for the small parts.
