The A3 transmission was designed by Allison to use Dexron III, not MO. The military used MO to eliminate the need to support another fluid. However, do not use any Dexron fluids with a number higher than III as it will damage the seals. There are a lot of posts on this topic.
You can get virtually any size of EPDM O-ring from McMaster-Carr. I'm in a very rural part of North Georgia and when I order from McMaster I normally receive the shipment the next day via UPS.
