Mike, DP6 is right across the street from the lodge. I looked at it on the site and saw no mention of SAT service to it. Hope they mentioned it on your reservation. I've seen it but never been inside. Now, if you and the fam are wandering around the rally site during the day and need to...
Better hurry. Also, make sure the exchange takes place under the lights and take the pic from a distance. Nothing cooler than night time pics. As a person that worked 10+ years on midnites and outside, sometime just slow down and look at the lights at night. Sometimes the most amazing exposures...
Also it may be time for a new flasher. At least pull it out and swap it with the 4 way to see if it works. Any time I get a new (to me) CUCV I replace the flasher with a heavy duty unit. Also, part of the problem with search is titles that don't reflect the subject of the thread. I'll change...
I would estimate that 3 squares at the MKT would be around $12. Some meals are a couple of dollars more than others. Dtown also has a little eatery. My 5 days is because I'll be there Monday or Tuesday. One of the members has done a low country boil on Wed night and invited everyone to join...
Hoses. TM says the hydraulic tank holds 50 gallons. More like 25. There is a return hose underneath that you should probably replace before you put big money in hydraulic oil in the tank. Lots of zerks that will likely need attention. The high pressure hoses are 1" but there are a few...
Excellent Chuck. Great little truck. Funny story. When I bought mine in Lake City, I put it on my piggyback device and toted it home with the M275A2. I didn't install the boom supports. Somehwere down around Ocala I happened to look back and the boom had walked about 1/4 of the way around...
Bring it Brandon. Man has to have a break every so often.
Mike, it's a DJI Phantom FC40. Super inexpensive version compared to the Phantom 2 vision plus. If I can keep this one alive to learn on then the Vision + will be in the future. My 12 yr old is eyeing this one hard.
Good deal Mike. I think it will be a blast for the fam.
From the shed over to the property line is mine. I have my wrecker bed hidden over there and all my junk behind it. Behind the shed is a free enclosed trailer I picked up, going to dmans place. The M108 is actually hidden back there...
Spectator band. I just noticed that Clinto's math is off a buck. $5 for the first day and $4 for each day after. He had $5 then $8 for 2 days and is should be $9.
As far as cabins, be aware that some are more/less just sheds. The site tells you the amenities. Make sure they list a shower...
Hotels are a bit away. Some lodging on premise but if only a night or two why not camp. Public showers are nice, plenty of food about as well. It's not a costly rally if you budget well.
But.........if you absolutely, positively must spill oil, please do so in front of the registration tent. The dust gets bad there! (Disclaimer for the one dimensional crowd, this is Tongue in Cheek humor)
If memory serves me correct, it was Dave's wife who painted the back of the juicer. Look real close you will likely see a pintle on the back too. He can take a spare with him.
