    M1031 CUCV transfer case (NP241C)

After 91 will all be a drivers drop. To get the passenger side drop you need it will have to be an 89-91 3/4 ton burb. All the blazers (stock anyways) will be 27 spline. All the old body one tons will have a 205. Might find a 27 spline and change input. These folks have parts and rebuilt...

Should be from an 89-91 3/4 ton suburban. You may find one from a Blazer but nearly every one of those would be 27 spline. It's a tough find honestly.

    1987 deuce recovery

One way to cleanout rust is to make a sheetmetal cover for the lift pump hole and gauge sending unit hole and then dump a bunch of P rock in there and roll it down a hill.

Deuce was dead on side of the road.

You can certainly wiggle the engine in with the pan on but it won't be without some scratches and maybe a ding or two. Is the plan now to remove the engine and tranny as a unit? If your truck has the removable front crossmember, I would pull the powerpack as an assy and strip it outside the truck.

Deuce was dead on side of the road.

Well, there's that! Maybe luck will prevail and Andy will have the removable crossmember.

    Installing reverse lights

The armor headlight grounds through the stud. The 2 leads are for high beam and low beam. The switch has 2 leads of each. Just need to use a continuity tester to test across them to see which are paired together for switch operation. I've done them before but don't remember the corresponding...

It looks like the front wall from a pickup bed. Clever idea. Who needs an $1800 enclosure.

What does an M9116A3 look like. Is this a personal spin on the M116A3 or a typo?

Needs 5.38 gears. That's spittin funny. We had one event in Ohio where they had skillet races. Basically a cast iron skillet, a rope and an ATV. They even had a water truck to water the course. The skillet gets hot on the seat. Helmet required.

Registration tent update. As usual, I will be hosting this operation with a staff of dedicated volunteers. This year I would like to try something different. I will print name tags and plan on having credential holders until I run out (have 100 so far). This year I will also have some lanyards...
