Thanks guys, it is a nice truck, that is for sure and I like it! Needs front tires, e-brake needs adjusting, needs...

Need info on mutt's battery box

Hello Chuck, I dug through my 151a2 pictures and this is the only good picture I have of my restoration in that area. It is with the battery floor area removed waiting for a replacement panel from a donor vehicle. Easy to do once you clean out the area. Regards,

    HMMWV First aid kit

The first aid kit w/bracket is located under the right front seat in the compartment next to the batteries. However, some models removed it from there and stored the jumper cables in that compartment. In the picture, it is the compart closest to the outside... Regards,

Foreign admirer of the Deuce at a car show

Good point Chuck, A few years back I took my Dodge WC56 CC to a Mopar car show. Rows of muscle cars and then my WC56, then more rows of muscle cars. I had a lot of people stop and ask a lot of questions. Older guys had some interesting stories to tell. The crowd voted and I came in second...

    HMMWV A2 Project

Yes it should be a cozy 70mph ride! A few more hours spent on the ducting and now the radio tray installation. I am trying to prefit/install everything prior to tub setting. Once the tub is shoe-horned on, there is very little room in the tunnel to work on things without dropping the driveline...

Thanks Armyman! No shortage of snow but this plow setup will get removed since I have the mog to move snow. I put new shoes on her and removed the old top. Prepping it for the hard top. BTW...I have another 5 of these new unmounted Michelin XL with new tubes and flaps, plus the 5 NTD's...

Well after many years, my M37 finally back home from it's mission: plowing snow in OR. I brought it back loaded with goodies since the freight was extremely reasonable...given fuel prices now. 6 Michelin XL's, fiberglass top, and some other stuff. Five of the tires are going up for sale and I...

    HMMWV A2 Project

I have been really slammed at work, thankfully, so I have not done much to the truck. I did get about 3 hours in last weekend to test fit the heater assembly and cut holes into the fire wall for allowing the floor heating duct to fit. On early version, floor heat duct was located just below...

    My M37 got shot!

I was just out at the place in Eastern Oregon (missed the Frutland show by a 4 days!) and was going over the M37 from the rough winter. It is used to plow snow by my sister on a 1/2 mile long driveway! As I walked around the to the passenger door, I found a nice hole in it. 22 cal shot at an...
