Warm is fine, motion creates heat.
I would remove both sides, inspect, and repack the bearings and adjust the hubs.
A piece of mind and will be serviced for many years to come.
Like Paul Harvey.................And now you know the rest of the story.
Good thing to know. Now when I find one cheap I know my lugs and wheels will work.

M101A2 trailers and CUCV are 9/16"

Not too bad of width. Just have to watch the tight streets.
My 101a2 is less width than my 2500HD but the rack is at 7'
Still inside my towing mirrors.
Your welcome.
I liked their service.
Checked out the thread on FJ.
I see I posted there too. I am on several sites with trailers.
"they just interest me and I can afford them"
The 1102 has Dexter tortion axles.
Dexter might have hubs that mount on easily, Not sure.
I would check with a dealer on that one.

The tarp was an easy order, measure length and width and how far down the side you want it to go.
You can specify...
I bought my cover at mytarps.com " machine cover" Less than $100.00 shipped.

Many fabrics and colors to choose.
a Lift and larger tires will help.
New 6 bolt spindles and matching " lighter rims and tires " and paint would look great.
Post a picture...
Nice looking trailer, Not a bad rake for the hitch on the FJ. "No tower of Terror pintle mount"
What are your plans? keep it original or build to match the FJ?
Thank you for the complement, The trailer has been a fun project. I can't wait to go camping with it this summer.
Please post more pictures of the damaged panel, From your picture it does not look like a hard fix.
It is aluminum it can be bent back close to original. If I was closer I would...
Get a Harbor Freight hydralic ram and straighten the front lip out "metal has a memory"
Change the wheels out to shorter GM rims and highway tires.
Sell the beadlocks for $400.00 OBO on craigslist
It should tow better then.
The tires sit nice in the fenderwells. Look to be the same hub to hub space as the M101A2.
Harbor freight sells a nice tongue box.
I built mine from aluminum diamond plate and it works well.
