I would jack up the front axle and do an inspection. Check the bearings, kings pins...etc. Also make sure your steering box bolts are tight. Adjust your steering box while it's in the air.

Could you go in to more detail on the greasing of the trunnions. Are you referring to this grease fitting between the wheels? Also, I should see grease coming out where?
I had to replace the filter you are talking about. I was unable to find a new replacement but rather had to call a dealer (CSI ) and get a good used one. I cleaned it with brake cleaner and reinstalled.

A c turbo is defining without a muffler. It touch the edge off. I will make another video this weekend if I have time at full rpm.

I would charge the batteries and replace the accesory switch. That switch only take 5 mins to replace. Pull the 4 plugs in the back and take off the nut holding it in front. I pulled/transfered each plug one at a time when i replaced mine that way you dont forget where each one goes. My old one...
